Technical lead & concept engineer - Hiring in process/Finished, not possible to apply

We are looking for a technical lead & concept engineer to join our advanced engineering center in Jönköping. We are in a very exciting business where technology is evolving fast, shifting out petrol products for environmentally friendly and effective battery tools. The technical lead & concept engineer is a broad engineering role, from concept development in CAD to product evaluations in the field.

In Jönköping we have all functions under one roof and a flat organization, which results in effective work and easy collaboration.

Your Role

The team in Jönköping has long collective experience in development of professional battery products and robotics, and together we sprint towards new innovations and business opportunities. You will be an important person driving development for selected projects and concepts.

You will work together with collegues in the US and China, and for example support our industrial design function with CAD models and layouts.

It is also very important to know our customers and the applications, so you’ll take part in collecting such data, and the scene is global.

Your Profile​

You are a person who like doing mechanical design and layout work, especially in the early concept phase. You are skilled in CAD and have proper experience from using PTC Creo. It’s important that you have a strong personal drive in execution, as we encourage personal responsiblity and freedom. Results counts, but the road there can be flexible. It’s also important that you are good in communication, english is our everyday language as the team consists of people from all over the world. You much enjoy a fast moving environment, and working on multiple type of tasks.

International travel a few times a year can be part of the job.
