Brand & Content Department

Globe Group is looking for a Content Manager to our new Creative team in Europe. You will be part of building a new division within the pan-European marketing department, with offices in Malmö, Jönköping and Frankfurt.

About the job

We are looking for an experienced creative leader who will be part of our Marketing Department and support our European organization. You'll be able to chose to position yourself working from the Jönköping or Malmö office.

This is the by far most fun position within the company where creativity and hard work are highly valued. You will work closely with both our Marketing teams (in Sweden and Germany) as well as our various creative agencies. A commitment to deliver high quality content for web, catalogs and video will be the key focuses in your role.

You will be responsible of delivering content to all channels, such as web, social media, catalogs and more.

Your tasks will consist of but not limited to:

  • Plan and execute a yearly content plan for all brands
  • Plan and execute photo and video shoots in-house and/or together with our agencies
  • Produce product images, banners and ads for traditional and digital channels
  • Brief our copywriters and translation agency on content for all our channels
  • Work with our Product Managers to successfully launch new products to the market
  • Support other improvement projects

The Marketing team is also supporting a wide variety of tasks within the group, which means that you need to be able to adapt and overcome complex and challenging tasks outside of the regular content creation process.  This position will include some traveling in Europe, North America and to China.

Job Requirements

We believe that you have worked in similar positions before and have a creative eye and able to follow and further develop the brands and their visual communication guidelines together with our Brand & Content Director. You’re skilled in creative applications like the basics in Adobe Creative Suite as well as a great eye for both photo and video. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have good communication skills and have a creative mindset. You will meet a lot of people from different cultures all over the world.

Language

Beside Swedish, it’s required that you are fluent in English both orally and in writing. It will also be appreciated if you speak German, French or any other relevant language.

  • Knows the ins and outs of creative applications (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, 3D applications etc)
  • Experience of briefing and collaborating with creative agencies and consultants
  • Be able to work under periods of high pressure
  • Being able to find creative solutions if circumstances would change during a project
  • Are structured, since you’ll be working on several projects at the same time
  • Independently drive improvement projects
