The Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and Mentor a team of engineers in designing and developing embedded software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical strategies.
• Architect and Code – contribute to the design and development of embedded software, ensuring quality and performance.
• Drive Innovation by staying up to date with the latest technologies and implementing best practices.
• Troubleshoot Hardware and Software Issues using tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers. 

Qualifications

• Proven experience in embedded software development (C/C++, ARM, RTOS).
• Deep understanding of hardware/software integration and real-time systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
• Familiar with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, SPI, I2C, UART).
• Experience in motor control systems is an advantage.
